Her career spans insurance, loss adjusting, restoration, and building companies, providing a well-rounded perspective on claims management, property loss assessment, and dispute resolution. Throughout her career, Kerrie has also held a range of people and business management roles, leading teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Kerrie specialises in the management and adjustment of commercial, residential, and strata claims, working collaboratively with insurers, brokers, policyholders, builders, and service providers to achieve practical, fair, and timely resolutions.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Kerrie is passionate about supporting industry development, fostering professional networks, and encouraging greater diversity within the insurance sector. Drawing on her extensive experience, she actively mentors and supports industry professionals and is proud to be a co-founder of Women in Insurance Tasmania, an initiative dedicated to connecting, developing, and empowering women across the insurance industry.
